Astrology Consultation Services

Astrology consultations are personalized services performed based on the information submitted by the client.

  • Consultation fees are non-refundable once the consultation has been delivered.
  • No refunds will be provided for completed reports, analysis, recommendations, or consultation sessions.
  • Customers are encouraged to review service details before booking.

 

Gemstone Return Eligibility

Gemstone products may be eligible for return only under limited circumstances.

  • Incorrect product delivered
  • Product received damaged
  • Verified manufacturing defects

Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery. Supporting photos or documentation may be requested during verification.

 

Non-Returnable Products

  • Customized gemstones
  • Energized or activated gemstones
  • Used or altered products
  • Products damaged after delivery
  • Consultation services already delivered

 

Refund Process

If a return request is approved after verification:

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days
  • Refund timelines may vary depending on payment providers
  • Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method where applicable

 

Cancellation Policy

Orders may only be cancelled before processing or shipment. Once a product has been dispatched or consultation work has started, cancellation may not be possible.
